Abstract

In this paper we report the establishment of Delonix elata regeneration through organogenesis. We used node old tree, seedlings shoot tip, leaf and stem explants excised from, Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with various concentrations of 0.5 mg/l α-Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzyladenine (BA) or Kinetin (Kn). Callus induction rate reached 100 % in all tested explants. All the explants and their callus displayed phenol contents and also their callus, respectively. The highest level ofnodal, intermodal segment 86.67 shoot tip 83.33 survival rate, explants from matured trees callusing percentage 45.00, seedlings callus percentage 35 were recorded. Effective of sucrose on callus growth 1.652, Effect of NAA and IBA along with MS medium at different strengths on number of roots½ MS and Full MS 1.67, ¾ MS 2.67 were recorded.Effect of NAA and IBA along with MS medium at different strengths on length of roots ½ MS 6.35, ¾ MS 6.95 and Full MS 6.56.Survival percentage of soil+ vermiculated (1:1) survival rate 60%.
