The Rhodeus sinensis, as one of Chinese indigenous ornamental varieties, has a very large potential for development. This paper discusses three kinds of culture mode including the outdoor cement pond, indoor recirculating aquaculture and aquarium breeding, and culture related techniques are summarized here. Maintaining the water quality conditions and nutritional feed is the key.
