The life table of Aphis gossypii was studied on bottle gourd under laboratory conditions of 15, 25, and 35°C; and 75, 65 and 60 percent R.H., respectively. The values for growth parameters observed were intrinsic rate of natural increase (m = 0.106 female/female/day), true generation time (T = 17.118 days), finite rate of increase (2 = 1.112 females/female/day) and doubling time (DT = 6.539 days) at 15°C. The stable age distribution have also been evaluated. Poor and no egg laying was observed at 25 and 35°c, respectively.
